A two-day BBQ competition bringing together pitmasters, backyard legends, and BBQ lovers. Friday features a One-Meat Showdown (pork ribs, $50/team), and Saturday hosts a Backyard BBQ competition (chicken & pork ribs, $100/team). Teams may enter one or both. 40-team limit per competition.
